Ed Note: According to Paul L. Chalifour's book on Wilmington, this school was the former High School. It was constructed in 1888. The building was demolished in the early 1980's (too bad!). I remember this when I was younger. Wasn't this bulding located behind the 4th of July building (the old library?)
